APPRAISAL CASE LAW II

APPRAISAL CASE LAW II is a new class written by Mel Black in the same format as the very popular Appraisal Case Law I. New national civil cases and disciplinary cases from North Carolina and South Carolina are included to show important issues in the appraisal world today as well as to illustrate the real-world application of USPAP and appraisal methodology. Appraisal Case Law II is a stand-alone course. It is not a continuation of Appraisal Case Law I and students do not need to take Appraisal Case Law I before taking Appraisal Case Law II. (7 hours appraisal, 4 hours real estate*)
