#1965 In Person KILLER NEGOTIATIONS @ DRAR

This 4-hour CE Elective course will cover negotiations. Consumer surveys have confirmed that one of the most valuable skills an agent can offer is guidance in the negotiation process. This course combines principles from Chris Voss’s “Never Split the Difference” and Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” with insights from neuroscience. Join this engaging and enlightening discussion on the art of negotiation, and learn how to master this fundamental aspect of real estate.

NCREC ATTENDANCE RULES APPLY – attendees who are not present more than 20 minutes will not receive CE credit for the course and will be asked to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.

Brokers must take 8 hours of Continuing Education (CE) each year consisting of one 4-hour elective and either the GenUp (non-BIC brokers) or the BICUP (brokers-in-charge) by June 10 of each year to maintain a license on Active status. See NC Commission Rule 58A.1702 for details. No CE courses will be available between June 11 – July 1
