#1965 Killer Negotiations (In-Person) @ DRAR

This 4-hour CE Elective course will cover negotiations. Consumer surveys have confirmed that one of the most valuable skills an agent can offer is guidance in the negotiation process. This course combines principles from Chris Voss’s “Never Split the Difference” and Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” with insights from neuroscience. Learn how to master this fundamental aspect of real estate.

NOTE: This class will be taught IN PERSON at 4236 University Drive, Durham NC.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.
