REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of training requirement every three years. This course meets the requirement for cycle 1/2022 – 12/2024 in addition to four hours of NCREC Elective Credit. Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of membership duty.
