This course is a NCREC approved 4-hour CE Elective.
Topics: A risk management learning system – examines NC Court of Appeals cases. Includes misrepresentation, contracts, new construction, property management, compensation, financing, and other topics.

NOTE: This class will be taught IN PERSON at 4236 University Drive, Durham NC.
Brokers must take 8 hours of Continuing Education (CE) each year consisting of one 4-hour elective and either the GenUp (non-BIC brokers) or the BICUP (brokers-in-charge) by June 10 of each year to maintain a license on Active status. See NC Commission Rule 58A.1702 for details. No CE courses will be available between June 11 – July 1.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.
