Realtors® are required to complete training of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instruction every three years. Only Code of Ethics courses and equivalencies provided by a local, state, or national REALTOR® association or a (pre-approved provider) can satisfy the COE training requirement. Your primary association must confirm that COE courses meets NAR’s mandatory minimum criteria and learning objectives which included content on professional conduct, courtesies, business etiquette, and real-life scenarios. Consistent with NAR policy, members who take a course at a different association must submit the certificate of completion to their primary association. Associations are not obligated to give credit for training that is not provided by the association or an approved provider.

This course is a 4-hour NCREC-approved ELECTIVE COURSE, which must be completed by June 10, 2024 along with either the BICUP (if a BIC or BIC-Eligible,) or the General Update (GENUP) if a general broker.
NCREC ATTENDANCE RULES APPLY – attendees who are not present more than 20 minutes will not receive CE credit for the course and will be asked to reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.
