#3594: In-Person Gibbs’ Rules & the NCREC

Gibbs’ Rules were developed to focus brokers on how to utilize the NCREC’s License Law and Commission Rules booklet as the “Authoritative Resource” in their practice. Select Commission rules and comments will be researched and discussed by applying Leroy Jethro Gibbs’ Rules. The student manual is the “North Carolina Real Estate Law & Commission Rules” booklet, which will be provided complements of DRAR.
