#3630 Financing Dreams: (Synchronous) 4-hour CE Elective Course

This course:
1. is approved for 4 hours of NCREC continuing education elective credit
2. fulfills a core class requirement for the Workforce Housing Specialist Program
3. will be live via Zoom Webinar
This course provides in-depth coverage of programs offered by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) and their partners to assist REALTORS® and their clients. REALTORS® will learn about property and buyer eligibility, qualifying incomes and home prices and how to use these lending opportunities to make home buying a reality for their clients. Additionally, you will gain an understanding of how and when each specific program can be used to offer their buyer the greatest benefit.
The four-hour course will cover in-depth NCHFA programs, including (1) Forgivable down payment assistance; (2) Deferred second mortgages for eligible buyers; and (3) How to combine Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) $2,000 tax credits with the NC Home Advantage product (available to all eligible borrowers)

NCREC ATTENDANCE RULES APPLY – attendees who are not present more than 20 minutes will not receive CE credit for the course and will be asked to reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.
