This course is approved for 4 hours of NCREC continuing education elective credit. This course will be held in-person at DRAR, 4236 University Drive, Durham. Class begins promptly at 1:30pm.

Chris knows real estate! He’s been teaching real estate since 2005.
– He has experience in general brokerage, new home sales, property management, and investing — and he can share some great stories from the field!
– Chris formed the Go School of Real Estate, which stands today as one of the top real estate schools in North Carolina
– Chris learned from luminaries in NC real estate education: Tom Mangum, George Bell, and Bill Gallagher, among others
– Chris is currently serving as a BIC in Apex

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.
