#4090: In-Person – Fair Housing Elective Course: A Look Back and a Path Forward

Effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027, each REALTOR® member is required to complete Fair Housing training of not less that two hours of instructional time.
This course meets the Fair Housing learning objective and minimum criteria established by NAR and provides 4 hours of NCREC CE elective credit.
