The Real Estate Broker-in-Charge Update is a continuing education course; a required four-hour annual class for BICs who wish to maintain their license on Active status with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. If you are not a BIC, you must take the General Update Course (GENUP). This course is for 2021-2022.
