The Real Estate Broker-in-Charge Update is a continuing education course; a required four-hour annual class for BICs who wish to maintain their license on Active status with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. If you are not a BIC, you must take the General Update Course (GENUP). This course is for 2022-2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds; however, you may transfer to another upcoming course subject to space availability, if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class. A $15.00 re-scheduling fee will be charged, subject to class availability.
