Topics include: Fair Housing, Contracts, Cybersecurity, Law and Rule Updates, Licensing and Education. BIC and BIC Eligible will not receive credit for General Update – must take Broker-in Charge Update (BICUP) along with a 4-hour elective.
About the Instructor: John Walker was awarded the DREI designation in 2019, and the Rising Star award by REEA in 2020. He has a 98 NPS Instructor Score.
