#8818 – BIC RE Update Course
The BIC RE UPDATE COURSE is a 4 hour mandatory course which must be completed prior to June 10, 2018 by ALL
brokers-in-charge or BIC-eligible brokers who were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2017 and who wish
to remain a broker-in-charge or maintain their eligibility as of July 1, 2018 for the 2018-2019 license period. Topics include:
1. Property Management 2. Radon 3. Protecting Confidential Consumer Information 4. License Law & Rule Updates
5. 3-Way Trust Account Reconciliation; BIC Duty to Supervise; Breaking Issues and Updates Note: BICs and “BIC Eligible”
brokers also take a four-hour elective of their choice to complete their continuing education requirements. They do NOT
take the GENERAL Update Course.
