• Previous Faculty at North Carolina Wesleyan College and Wake Technical Community College where she taught Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Court Procedure and Evidence, Ethics, and Legal Environment.
• Authored supplemental instructional resources for the education and publishing company, Pearson Education.
• Included among Mrs. Heath’s duties at the Commission are co-authoring the North Carolina Real Estate Manual, writing the Commission’s mandatory Update courses each license year, and assisting in developing other educational materials.
