#8819 Broker-in-Charge Update, 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Four-hour mandatory course which must be completed prior to June 10, 2019 by ALL brokers-in-charge or BIC eligible brokers who were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2018 and who wish to remain a broker-in-charge or maintain their eligibility as of July 1, 2019 for the 2019-2020 period. Topics include: Property Management * Radon * Protecting Confidential Consumer Information * License Law & Rule Updates * 3-Way Trust Account Reconciliation * BIC Duty * to Supervise * Breaking Issues and Updates
Note: BICs and BIC eligible brokers also take a four-hour elective of their choice to complete their continuing education requirements. They do NOT take the General Update
