“Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Story” aims to honor women who have made history, broken barriers, and paved the way for Durham’s future generations.

In-person in the Council Chambers at City Hall (101 City Hall Plaza) or via Zoom or watch livestreamed on the City’s website; on the City’s YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter pages; and on Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV through the free Boxcast app, or televised live on Durham Television Network (Spectrum channel 8, Frontier channel 70, and AT&T U-verse channel 99).
The event will feature a diverse group of panelists who will share their experiences building bridges in the community to create positive change in Durham:
A meet and greet with light refreshments will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the City Hall lobby. Spanish interpretation will also be available.
Attendees can park in any City parking deck to attend the event. Parking passes for the first 50 attendees will be available. To get a parking pass, please bring your parking receipt inside the event for validation.
