Independent Brokerage Council (IBC) @ DRAR

Is your brokerage a smaller, non-franchise firm?
This Council will provide support, networking, and opportunities to exchange business savvy ideas with owners, BICs, and Principal Brokers of other small, non-franchise firms. We will discuss current rule and industry changes, and technology offerings from DRAR, TMLS, and our other partners. Members should be licensed and active real estate professionals of independent (non-national franchise) firms dedicated to the real estate industry, and passionate about exploring new ways to learn and grow for their firm and brokers.
Annual Term: 1|1|24 – 12|31|24
Annual Dues: $ 50 per member – Dues will pay for refreshments and any costs associated with this group’s events.
BI-MONTHLY MEETINGS: Every 4th Wednesday, 9-10am at DRAR with select industry speakers
