This course meets the 75-hour pre-licensing curriculum requirement for real estate brokers as set forth by the state of North Carolina.
The course provides foundational knowledge on real property and contract law, agency law and brokerage topics, as well as other real estate-related topics important for the well-rounded professional, including real estate financing, appraisal, calculations, fair housing, property management, construction, land use, property insurance, property tax, real estate investment, and more. It examines all relevant elements of North Carolina’s Real Estate License Law, as well as other pertinent laws related to the practice of real estate in the state. Video, case studies, review of state-specific contracts and forms, as well as the many opportunities for self-assessment, prepare you for success on the state exam and in their new career.
