Find out the results of the NC Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s NC Housing Supply Gap Analysis

Bowen National Research recently completed the North Carolina Housing Supply Gap Analysis on behalf of the NC Chamber of Commerce Foundation (co-funded by the NC Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the NC Home Builders Association and NC Realtors).

This study provides county and state level data including demographics, rental and for-sale housing supply, and housing gap estimates for rental and for-sale housing. Patrick Bowen, President of Bowen National Research, will present key findings of the study with an emphasis on Durham, Wake, and Orange counties.
