Phillip Ray Gibson has served for 13 years as the North Carolina Radon Program Coordinator with the Division of Health Service Regulation, Radiation Protection Section for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. He leads statewide efforts in education and public awareness about the health risks of radon exposure. In addition to his work in environmental health, Phillip is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as a broker-in-charge, combining his expertise in housing with his commitment to public well-being.
