Topics include: 1. Property Management 2. Radon 3. Protecting Confidential Consumer Information 4. License Law & Rule Updates 5. 3-Way Trust Account Reconciliation; BIC Duty to Supervise; Breaking Issues and Updates Note: BICs and “BIC Eligible” brokers also take a four-hour elective of their choice to complete their continuing education requirements. They do NOT take the GENERAL Update Course.
