DESCRIPTION:#3454 Case Law and the Code\nSponor:  Brightpath Education #1471\nThis class provides interesting and engaging coverage of the REALTOR ® Code of Ethics through the presentation of cases involving real estate transactions.  Actual Real Estate Commission cases as well as civil and criminal will be presented and discussed.   Students will be able to apply the Code of Ethics\, as well as Real Estate Commission Rules\, to common scenarios to include material fact\, misrepresentation\, document preparation\, right to be paid a commission\, mortgage fraud\, and other matters.  Guidance will be given on how to properly maintain an ethical career as a broker.
