DESCRIPTION:REGISTER \n\nIvelisse Mercado \n\nThe City of Durham has contracted Community Home Trust to facilitate the Downpayment Assistance Program to provide outreach for the program.\nThe eligibility requirements are that applicants must be first time home-buyers\, meet 80% AMI income requirements\, either live or work in Durham for at least a year\, and complete first time home-buyers education and a one on one financial counseling session.\nCommunity Home Trust receives applications and documents to determine eligibility for the program. Community Home Trust also provides first time home-buyers education course and one on one financial counseling session.\nApplicants must have their own realty representation and a pre-qualification letter from a lender.\nThe home they purchase must be within City of Durham limits.\n\nFor more information visit: Community Home Trust
