DESCRIPTION:REGISTER \nJoin this impactful and thought-provoking conversation that gives you a real-life approach to property management. This session will be led by Co-Chair\, Tschanna Crenshaw\, who has over 18 years experience in Property Management from all facets of the industry\, including REITS\, Corporate\, Owner Managed and 3rd Party. Tschanna has served as a QB and BIC for American Homes 4 Rent\, Renters Warehouse\, and Acorn & Oak with her oversight reaching over 10k homes in the state of North Carolina. She also holds reciprocal license and has served as a Broker of Record for Georgia. \nAs an added update to our on-going eviction crisis with Durham County and Legal Aid\, Attorney Julian Hall will also be providing updates on new approaches to gaining possession quicker\, ligations and how his office is overcoming the stall tactics presented in court. Attorney Hall has successfully ligated cases involving the City of Durham Neighborhood Improvement Services and Legal Aid.
