Welcome to The Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®!
Applicants for REALTOR® membership shall be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission of a completed application form and remittance of applicable association dues and any application fee. All new REALTOR® applicants must attend orientation within 60 days of application and complete an online Code of Ethics course through the National Association of REALTORS® website. Instructions will be emailed upon receipt of application and fees to DRAR.

Contact the DRAR office at (919) 403-2117 to register for Orientation Class and submit Credit Card payment for applicable dues and fees. Most orientation classes are held the first Thursday of each month starting at 8:15AM. (*exceptions)
